Yes! Most often, we bring our goats to you, but if you’d like to bring your group to us, you absolutely can! Whatever your group – athletic team, fraternity, sorority, club, or other – you’re more than welcome to come experience NY Goat Yoga at our farm. We’ve created a truly magical experience at Gilbertsville Farmhouse in upstate NY, and it’s guaranteed to be a memorable experience for your group!

When we bring NY Goat Yoga to your campus, we can accommodate up to 50 students. It’s recommended to have your students sign-up to reserve their spot to attend ahead of time, and if the class ends up filling up, we may be able to accommodate a second class following the first for an additional group of students. Additional fees may apply.

We can often schedule a college tour visit with a pretty quick turnaround time, yet it depends on our availability. It’s best to get us on your schedule 6-12 months in advance to ensure we can be there at your college’s most optimal date/time. We’ve found that most colleges like to bring NYGY to campus toward the beginning of the semester to help ease students back into college life and toward the end of the semester around finals time as a de-stressing, fun semester wrap-up activity. In order to plan our tours to fit several campuses in during these particular times of the year, the earlier you book the better. If you book multiple visits in the year, we also offer package deals. Of course, we’re available mid-semester, too! :)

Goats are naturally curious and mischievous little animals (making them perfectly delightful and hilarious for goat yoga, of course). A large, open outdoor space - clear of clutter - is best. We bring our own temporary fencing with us when we come to campus, so as long as you have a space for us to set this up, that’s all we need. We can also setup indoors if needed.
-
The coordinating group/club and/or the students attending should bring their own yoga mats or towels. We also recommend students bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in, specifically, a shirt that completely covers their back since goat hooves can scratch (just a little). Students with long hair should wear their hair up high in a bun or in braids because our curious little goats have been known to nibble on hair. 😅

Absolutely! Sometimes we can coordinate multiple goat yoga classes on campus in a single days visit, and if that doesn’t work out, we’re happy to come back another day to share the goat yoga love with as many students and campus staff as possible.
